Sweat Fitness
Our group fitness classes consist of training blocks. Training blocks (or in technical terms, Blocked Periodization or Blocked Programming) refers to a specific length in time when the main focus of each workout is acquiring a specific response in the body.
At Sweat Social we recognize you’re making a large investment of time and money to come here, and we believe in making the most of that. Regardless of your goals, you will be training with purpose and gain an understanding and appreciation for continued progress.
Training blocks consist of workouts to promote improvements in members cardio, strength, and muscle mass. Expect to use multiple forms of machines like air bikes, row ergs, ski ergs, and bike ergs, as well as dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, skipping ropes and more!
Movement quality and safety is priority, and there are limitless adaptations to our workouts to make them suitable to all fitness levels, from athlete to newcomer

SWEAT ON RAMP

Are you new to SWEAT Social and eager to dive into this transformative fitness journey with a solid foundation? Get ready to learn the fundamentals of movements and machines in a supportive environment of fellow participants new to SWEAT.
Our On-Ramp program is your starting point into the world of group fitness. Led by our experienced coaches, these classes focus on teaching you the core movements and techniques required in SWEAT group fitness classes. You'll gain the knowledge necessary to take your fitness to the next level.
Coaches will guide you through a scaled version of SWEAT Socials training block. They provide individualized attention, scale workouts to match your current abilities, and foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure an easy transition into our regular group fitness classes.
Upon completing the On-Ramp program, you'll have the confidence to tackle a wide variety of workouts, and understand how to scale and modify movements to match your current fitness level. We know you'll feel at home in our SWEAT community.
Masters 50+
Prioritizing exercise as part of your weekly routine for the long term has many benefits. Muscle loss is part of the natural aging process. If we can build a larger base of muscle at a younger age, we have a larger foundation as muscle atrophy begins. Continuing to exercise as we age also slows down the atrophy process.
At SWEAT there is no age limit on fitness. Masters is for those who are 50+ looking for a challenging and scalable group fitness class that focuses on building muscle mass, strength, and improving aerobic capacity with like minded individuals.
Classes are progressive and designed to see improvement in your strength, movement quality, muscle mass, aerobic capacity, balance, body composition, and more. They also compliment our regular group fitness classes. 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘴. A smaller group setting allows ample time for the instructor to provide individual modifications for those who desire them. This means increasing OR decreasing intensity or difficulty.

Babies and Barbells

This program mimics our regular group fitness classes and empowers women navigating postpartum fitness AT ANY STAGE in a small, baby friendly, group setting. Strollers can be accommodated. You do NOT have to bring your children!
Classes are progressive and designed to see improvement in your strength, movement quality, muscle mass, aerobic capacity, balance, body composition, and more. They also compliment our regular group fitness classes. 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘴. There are things to be considered entering the fitness world after carrying a child. The internet is messy. So much conflicting information. "You can never do this again" "you should only do this for 6 months"... but as most things are, nothing is that black and white. You are unique. You have your own story. So although you are NOT fragile, and you are NOT invincible, you ARE ADAPTABLE AND BADASS."

Social Sweat Saturdays
Social Sweat is meant to bring together our gym community for some fitness with a side of fun. Bring a partner, get paired up when you get here, or take on the hour solo. The beauty in teamwork? Extra encouragement, comradery, and sometimes you get a breather!
This class may utilize anything and everything inside (and if it's nice weather, maybe even outside!) the facility. Strength, cardio, and dopamine are all ingredients to making this class a highlight of your day.
Sweat Social Health & Fitness has a mission to bring together those in the community with the shared goal of making fitness a staple in their lives. This class embodies that mission.
Sweat Social has a 4 hour
cancellation policy for class attendance. Failure to cancel within 4 hours of class may result in a $10 charge to your account.
No shows that fail to cancel at all may result in a $20 charge. If unable to charge to your account, you will be asked to pay in full prior to your next class.
