MASTERS 50+
Masters 50+ follows the same SWEAT Social group fitness programming as our regular classes.
We don’t underestimate what this group is capable of. These sessions are built on the same movements, strength work, conditioning, and progression — simply delivered in a shorter 50-minute format and alongside others in the same stage of life.
Training focuses on building and maintaining muscle mass, strength, aerobic capacity, balance, and bone density — all things that matter more as we age, and all things that require real effort to improve.
This is not “senior fitness.”
It’s serious training, done intelligently, with people who want to stay strong, capable, and independent long term.

Sweat Social has a 4 hour
