Individualized Programming: For those who demand nothing less than a bespoke fitness path, our individualized programming merges professional insight with your unique goals, crafting a personalized fitness blueprint. At Sweat Social Health and Fitness, your fitness ambition is our driving force. We're here to transform the conventional workout narrative into a dynamic, progress-focused, and deeply personal fitness odyssey.

This appointment will be the first step towards your personalized fitness journey. Together with your coach, you will set goals, identify obstacles, and set you up with our coaching app if required. This is a 60-90 minute appointment can result in a 4-8 week program being created for you, or a program that is modified by the week/day ongoing.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

The starting point for personal training, group fitness, or possible online programming. The client will meet the coach for initial lifestyle assessment, goal setting, body composition, movement, and fitness assessment.


The intent of this assessment is to find out where the client currently sits and to decide on a starting point.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

The most effective service for clients ready to reach their goals. In our one on one and small private group atmosphere you can expect extreme attention to detail on each individual’s body mechanics and movement patterns. You are presented with exercises catered to the abilities and goals specific to those in the training session, which is well documented and progressed. This service is particularly useful for those who may have perceived limitations in the gym, a previous injury they are trying to protect, in need of a form “tune up”, or if you simply thrive with the motivation a one on one session brings.

InBody Scan and Macro Count

AdvanceD Analysis of your body composition

A 30 minute appointment where a staff member will scan you with our INBODY Body Composition reader and interpret the results. Based on those results as well as your current lifestyle you will receive a customized caloric intake goal broken down into macronutrients, and suggestions on how to go forward utilizing that information.

Things you will learn from an INBODY Scan

  • Part One

    Body Composition Analysis displays the weight of Total Body Water (Intracellular water (ICW) and extracellular water (ECW)), Dry Lean Mass, and Body Fat Mass. Your body weight is the total of these three components.

  • Part Two

    Muscle-Fat Analysis uses bar graphs to provide a comparison between weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat mass.

  • Part Three

     Obesity Analysis displays both BMI and Percent Body Fat (PBF).

  • Part Four

    The Segmental Lean Analysis graph shows lean mass distribution within your body.

    Part Five - With your code it will save and graph your body composition results.

  • Part Five

    With your code it will save and graph your body composition results.

  • Part Six

    Body Fat Mass-Lean Body Mass Control is the machines assessment of results (I sometimes agree, sometimes disagree)

  • Part Seven

     Lean Body Mass is the sum of Total Body Water and Dry Lean Mass.

  • Part Eight

    Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the amount of calories a person needs to keep the body functioning while at rest.

Prior to your Appointment DO THIS

  • 𝗗𝗒 maintain your normal fluid intake the day before,
  • 𝗗𝗒 stand upright for at least 5 minutes,
  • 𝗗𝗒 remove all heavy accessories like jewelry, watches, and jackets
  • 𝗗𝗒 warm yourself up for 20 minutes in cold weather
  • 𝗗𝗒 use the restroom

Prior to your Appointment DON'T DO THIS

  • 𝗗𝗒 𝗑𝗒𝗧 eat or exercise for at least 3 hours prior
  • 𝗗𝗒 𝗑𝗒𝗧 consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hours
  • 𝗗𝗒 𝗑𝗒𝗧 use a sauna
  • 𝗗𝗒 𝗑𝗒𝗧 use lotion or ointment on your hands and feet

Sweat Social has a 4 hour cancellation policy for class attendance. Failure to cancel within 4 hours of class may result in a $10 charge to your account.
No shows that fail to cancel at all may result in a $20 charge. If unable to charge to your account, you will be asked to pay in full prior to your next class.

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

Two appointments that allow our nutrition coaches to meet and discuss with those ready to go in depth about their goals and needs so there can be a recommended option best suited for them. With all details discussed, as well as data accumulated from an InBody Body Composition scan, a nutrition plan will be formulated that is unique to each client. This is considered an individualized program that empowers the client to implement nutritional changes that sync with their lifestyle.


One 30 minute follow up appointment is scheduled after initial assessment to troubleshoot your customized plan and discuss ongoing Nutrition Coaching.

Nutrition Coaching provides an educational experience that promotes long term results. Working closely with coaches, clients will have progress monitored and nutritional guides will be adjusted as needed. Consistent scheduled appointments, body composition scans, and check ins keep communication ongoing providing a sense of accountability and confidence while being guided with their nutrition.
